Paul F. Carvelli    

Paul, a director and co-founder of the firm, represents corporate and individual clients in state and federal litigation at the trial and appellate levels. He has served as lead counsel in more than two dozen trials and arbitration matters and has more than 30 years of experience advising clients on all legal aspects of their businesses. Paul handles contract, business, shareholder, employment and property disputes; environmental remediation matters; and complex litigation. His practice also includes employment and business counseling as well as corporate transactions, valuations and dissolution matters.

Paul is also a tireless advocate for special-needs children and their families and is co-chair of the firm’s education law practice. He has served, among other charity-focused appointments, as a trustee and outside general counsel for the Somerset Hills Learning Institute and Garden Academy, non-profit schools for individuals with autism.

Paul has been selected every year since 2007 for inclusion on the New Jersey Super Lawyers© List, based on a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.
